"Super fun, but definitely packed"
I had a really good time here! The attractions were a blast, and the special events made the day feel extra exciting. It did get crowded though, like everyone in town had the same idea, but overall it was still a fun experience

"Surprisingly Easy for Everyone"
The kids picked it up quickly, and we didn’t have to hover or explain much, which was a nice surprise. It’s not the most exciting thing ever, but for something the whole family can use without a meltdown, it does the job well.

"Easy to use on my phone"
I used sazoo.org on my phone and it was easy to get around. The pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep zooming in to read things or tap buttons. Everything was clear enough and felt simple in a good way, if that makes sense. It worked fine for what I needed

"Clean habitats and happy-looking animals"
I visited with my kids and we had a really nice time. The habitats looked clean and spacious, and the animals seemed calm, healthy, and well cared for. I know places like this can be hard to judge from one visit, but from what we saw, it felt like they were doing things responsibly.

"The staff were really friendly, like right away..."
The staff were really friendly, like right away. I had a question and they helped me out fast, which was nice because I wasn’t totally sure what I needed at first. Just a good, easy experience overall.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the tickets ended up being cheaper than I thought they’d be. For a full day of fun, it felt like a good value overall.

"A Total Lifesaver in the Heat"
This gave us such good shade when it got hot out. The weather was all over the place, but somehow we stayed comfy instead of melting into total misery. it made a huge difference.

There was a good mix of animals, and most of them were easy to see. A few were hiding, but overall it was a really nice experience.

"Keeper talks weren’t as good as I expected"
I mainly went for the educational programs and keeper talks, since we’ve been to other zoos before where those were a big highlight. This time, though, most of the talks felt rushed, and it was hard to hear what the keepers were saying. The kids lost interest faster than I expected. The zoo itself was okay, but for the price, I was hoping for a better learning experience.

"Not up to the standard I expected"
I’m usually particular about cleanliness, and today this place just didn’t meet my standards. The bathrooms were dirty, and a lot of things around the place looked like they hadn’t been maintained very well. It was disappointing because I expected better.

"Surprisingly easy and not too packed"
We went on a Saturday, and I thought it was going to be one of those places that acts casual but secretly crams in as many people as possible. But it really wasn’t bad at all. The ticket and food lines moved fast, probably waited around 5 minutes at most, and getting around with the kids was way easier than I expected. It felt like they actually had things organized instead of just letting the crowds figure it out. Really nice day out and I’d definitely go again.

"Pretty good first order"
Tried San Antonio Zoo for the first time the food was good. It showed up fresh and still warm, which I always appreciate, and the flavor was better than I expected. The portions were decent too, not huge, but enough to feel satisfied.
The drinks were nice as well, especially the juice. One of the items was a little too sweet for me, but there was something about it... I still kept going back for more. Not perfect, but overall I enjoyed it and would probably order again when I’m hungry and don’t feel like cooking.

"Pretty easy ticket purchase overall"
I bought tickets through sazoo.org and it went smoothly. The site loaded okay, checkout was quick enough, and I got the tickets in my email not long after. I did have to poke around a little to find the time details, which was mildly annoying, but nothing major. In the end, the tickets worked fine, so I’d say it was a solid experience.

"Pretty good overall"
I found the site easy to use overall. It’s straightforward and I didn’t run into any major problems, though there are a few small things that could maybe be a bit smoother. Nothing too frustrating, just a decent experience all around.

"Convenient spot for a decent price"
The parking was really close by, which made things easy. Compared to a lot of other places where you end up paying way too much or walking forever, this felt fair and hassle-free.
